Waves to Wine Challenge

Featuring crashing waves and verdant vineyards, Waves to Wine is a three-race challenge from the Big Sur Marathon’s family of events.

To participate in the 2018 Waves to Wine Challenge, run both the Salinas Valley Half Marathon on August 4th and the Monterey Bay Half Marathon on November 11th AND complete an April Big Sur Marathon event of 12K or further OR the Run in the Name of Love 5K. No additional fees required!

Runners who complete the three Waves to Wine races in the same calendar year will receive a custom Challenge medallion and be eligible for drawings for some exciting prizes. If you’d like to take part in Waves to Wine, be sure to indicate the events you have entered or will be entering during the registration process.
